The Montana Fishing School is a full immersion fly fishing school designed to meet you wherever you might be on the fishing skill and experience spectrum, and help you move forward toward becoming a more accomplished and successful angler. Our curriculum covers all the on-the-water and in-the-classroom topics you’ll want and need, and our team of top-shelf guide instructors will be with you every step of the way to teach you the professional approach to a rewarding day on the water.
The Montana Fishing School was founded on a lifetime of angling across the country and around the world, including having been students in other fishing schools, and running a fishing guide school for a number of years. These experiences, and a passion for trout fishing and teaching, have led us to to this venture and we believe it is one of the best of its kind. A dedicated fly fishing school on arguably the most productive trout fishery in the west is a marriage made in trout fishing heaven.
